KC is a publicly supported, two-year comprehensive community college offering postsecondary educational opportunities located in Northeast Texas. KC serves more than 11,000 students each year in academic, continuing education, workforce development and adult education programs.

Located only 2 hours from Dallas and one hour from Shreveport, Kilgore, Texas offers students an all-American experience in a safe, small college town with moderate climate. Enjoy the year-round cultural museum and theater events, as well as outdoor treks around the many lakes and state parks. The majority of students in Kilgore live on campus and enjoy the benefits of the tight knit community.

The American Honors Transfer Network of four-year colleges and universities extends from coast to coast, including institutions such as Louisiana State University and Ohio State University, and Ole Miss. Kilgore is home to the world-famous Kilgore College Rangerettes. The Rangerettes have been featured performers in parades such as the Rose Bowl and abroad in places like Singapore.
