Biography: I graduated from Allegheny College with a BA in English in 2003 then continued onto the University of North Texas to pursue my MA in English/Creative Writing, which I earned in December of 2005. In May of 2009 I earned my MFA in poetry from Murray State University. I have lived in Indianapolis for seven years and this past year marked my fifth year as a full time faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College. I currently teach World Literature for American Honors and am also working on developing a creative writing course that plans to go live in Fall 2014.
