Creating the ripples has been the drive for all Danielle ‘Dani’ Hughes has done in her professional and personal life. With a Bachelor’s in Human Development & Family Studies from Indiana University- Bloomington and Master's from Indiana Wesleyan University in Organizational Leadership, she has continuously been on the search to find ways to create ripples in both traditional and non-traditional ways.

She serves as the Associate Program Director and Honors Advisor for American Honors. In this role she shares the transformational experience that the program has to offer to prospective students and supports current honors students in the completion of their Associate’s degree to successfully matriculate to their best-fit college/university to obtain their Bachelor's degree.

She is co-founder and Board Member for the Bridge Foundation a nonprofit that addresses inequality that impacts African Americans through programming focusing on eliminating poverty and bridging knowledge gaps. Right now the organization's primary focus is financial education, helping families feel empowered to take control of their financial futures including the creation of wealth for future generations.

In addition, she is a Certified Embody Love Movement facilitator hosting programs and workshops to empower girls and women to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness, and contribute to meaningful change in the world.
